Floxing causes pain and despair. If you are in intense emotional and/or physical pain, remember that a person’s judgment becomes clouded by pain. If you need someone to talk to about overwhelming thoughts and feelings, please seek out help. There are others that have gone through, and are going through, what you are experiencing.
First, there are two large Facebook groups that have thousands of members. These are closed groups but you are usually allowed access in a very timely fashion. Please reach out with your questions or concerns. If you need to talk to someone I am sure that a request for informal emotional support will be met with offers of friendship and someone more than happy to talk to you by phone or messages. Please remember, there are many, literally thousands, that have gone through the physical hell that is created by floxing.
